Important Update for MyCloudFitness Users

The MyCloudFitness app will be officially retired as of April 21. The platform was originally developed and operated by a third-party company that is no longer maintaining or supporting the app. As a result, all access to historical data will be lost after this date.

Please note that we are not the original owner or developer of the MyCloudFitness app. However, to continue supporting MyCloudFitness users, we have been developing an alternative solution. We are launching the MCF Thrivified app! It is available on Google Play now and will be on the App Store starting April 21.

Because we do not have access to the previous developer’s systems, please be aware of the following:

  • New Account Required: You will need to create a fresh account on MCF Thrivified.

  • No Data Migration: Your previous workout history CANNOT be transferred to your new account.

Action Required: Save Your Data

To keep a record of your past history, you must export your data manually directly from the old app before April 21. After this date, your history will be permanently lost.

How to export your history (iOS):

  1. Open the MyCloudFitness app.

  2. Go to the More tab.

  3. Select My Profile.

  4. Tap Export Data.

The MyCloudFitness and Thrivify Connect apps will no longer receive updates for MyCloudFitness machines. To ensure continued functionality, please transition to the new MCF Thrivified app. All future bug fixes, improvements, and machine support will be exclusive to this new platform.

We recommend doing this immediately to ensure your records are safely backed up. Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate the opportunity to support your fitness journey.
